   1 將沙發(fā)放置在本機(jī)的壓模下面；

   2 接入AC220V電源，打開電源開關(guān)；

   3 手動測試并調(diào)節(jié)好沙發(fā)測試位置；

   4 按下啟動按鈕，開始測試；

   5 記錄測試數(shù)據(jù)，測試完成

   6 依此按照以上步驟測試其它試件；

   7 測試結(jié)束后，關(guān)閉電源開關(guān)。

1、垂直負(fù)載下的穩(wěn)定性試驗：

Stability test of the vertical load

把試件放在試驗基面上。在其不穩(wěn)定桌邊中心離邊沿向內(nèi)50mm桌面處通過載入墊垂直向下逐漸加力到規(guī)定的力值或者至少試件至少有一個桌腳離地為止。

2.垂直和水平載入穩(wěn)定性試驗：

把試件放在試驗基面上。用擋塊擋住試件不穩(wěn)定邊的桌腳。防止試件在試驗中移動。在該邊中心離邊沿向內(nèi)50mm桌面處通過載入墊垂直向下施加100N的力。同時在該邊中心桌上向外施加一個水平力。逐漸增加該力到規(guī)定值或者至少有一個桌腳離地為止。

Put the specimen on the test-based surface. With the block blocking the most unstable side of the specimen legs to prevent the test specimen to move. The edge center from the edge inward 50mm desktop department ，exert downward vertical 100N force by loading pad. While exert a level force on the center desk of the edge, increase gradually to a specified value or one leg near to the floor at least.

3.垂直靜載荷試驗：

Vertical static load test

在桌面易于發(fā)生破壞的位置，按規(guī)定的力通過載入墊，垂直向下重復(fù)施加10次。每次至少應(yīng)保持10秒。

On the most easy damaged position of the desk surface , to impose the specified force by loading pad, vertical put down repeated 10 times. Keep 10 seconds at least.
